Stayed here on a G Adventures tour. Location is not close to the main attractions in Phnom Penh and it is on a busy street so there were some noise issues. But my room was comfortable and...

This hotel is not very central to the riverside or Basaac Street (where the bars and restaurants are) so does require a Tuk Tuk. There were limited places such as massages nearby as well however...
