Pacific Sands Beach Resort and the Raincoast Education Society are excited to offer FREE Kid's Camps all summer long including rainforest exploring, survival skills workshops and more. A huge amount of fun for kids (and not a bad break for Mom and Dad either!)

Complimentary and popular with our young guests, Kid's Camps run from 10:00 to 11:30 am, 7 days a week during July and August.

Children must be dropped off and picked up by an adult. Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult during the camp.

Yoga	Ancient Cedars Spa is pleased to offer daily yoga classes in our beautiful Rainforest Haven room. Classes are semi private - designed for all skill levels - so individual attention is guaranteed. Our instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers in accordance with Yoga Alliance standards. Eco responsible Manduka mats and all necessary equipment are provided for you to use during your class. Our morning yoga classes are designed to help you meet the day with greater vitality and ease, to provide an energizing and strengthening practice for your body, and a calming, restorative experience for your mind. Inquire about private instruction with any of our experienced teachers for an individual experience tailored to your exact needs, a great way to try yoga for the first time, or deepen an already existing practice. Semi-private yoga classes (maximum five participants) are also available. Private, customized classes can be arranged based on practitioner availability.
