We had an excellent stay. The service at this hotel is excellent, friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, spacious enough, and well appointed. We did not use the gym, but it seemed well...

Excellent! Great staff, polanco area is incredible, across from park, gym is great, pool area is good and lounge was closed but gave us access to hotel restaurant. Room and bed are great!

Great location, good service, and overall hotel quality. The bar in the steakhouse is fun. Hotel was recently renovated.
