Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. All guests who are not citizens of Qatar staying at this property from November 1, 2022 - December 23, 2022 (with stays permitted until January 23, 2023), are required to submit the following details to the property immediately after booking: full name (names must match passport), date of birth, nationality, gender, email address, passport number, passport issuing country, passport type, dates of travel and a game ticket application number. This information is required for booking validation and approval by the local authorities in order to process the guest’s Hayya card registration (Qatar entry application). Guests will receive a message from the property after booking with instructions to facilitate the process. Hayya cards are not required for arrivals after December 23, 2022.
