Coconut Bay offers four restaurants and six bars throughout the resort – including a swim-up bar. At each bar, the Caribbean vibe comes to life with the energy of our star bartenders as they serve up an assortment of tropical blends from fruit smoothies and mixed drinks to colorful cocktails or Piton, the local beer. Silk	Modern Asian cuisine is served at Silk* where red décor, superb service and fresh ingredients set the mood. Our chefs specialize in fusing local ingredients into Mandarin-inspired dishes. Calabash	Revive your taste buds in Calabash*, the resort’s new Caribbean specialty restaurant showcasing Creole and Caribbean cuisine. Guests will delight in new menu offerings with appetizers and main courses featuring curry and jerk seasonings, fresh seafood, salads, steak and delicious tropical desserts. Reservations for Calabash must be made in advance in the lobby.
Coconut Walk Marketplace	A new menu at the resort’s main restaurant, Coconut Walk, has eight independent stations – five are made to order stations. At the Smoothie Bar they are blending together delicious nutrition with local fresh fruit; or visit the grill and get delicate crépes, watch a parade of omelets and French toast; grab grilled Panini, deli sandwiches, or visit the classic salad bar; chefs toss pasta and stir-fry any way, can hand-scoop cold stone ice cream and toppings at the Dessert Station. The Coconut Bay chefs bring out their delicious fresh baked breads, butter and chocolate croissants, Danish pastries and more.
Capri	The newly remodeled Capri restaurant greets diners with a light breeze in a casual indoor/outdoor setting. The large antipasto station is the perfect way to begin an Italian dinner with Caribbean flavor. The Earthstone oven cuts down the long wait for a chocolate soufflé to a few short minutes — no pre-ordering required. Menu highlights include spaghetti, lasagna and ravioli with a Caribbean and seafood flare. Reservations required.
Beach Grill
Lobby Bar	With a recent expansion, guests now have 360-degree access to their favorite bartenders who shake and blend their way into everyone’s hearts. A new deck with a gazebo and seating around fire pits make this the perfect place to meet new friends or relax over a cool drink. In addition to a larger service area, the new Lobby Bar also offers smoking and non-smoking areas.
Harmony Pool Bar	Our Harmony adults-­‐only poolside bar serves special drinks by very special personalities. Don’t be surprised if the bartenders let you in on island jokes or teach you a new song while you are sipping favorites like the “Dirty Banana.” Our distinct blends and star mixologists keep guests coming back for more.
Blu Bar	International sports enthusiasts can cheer for their favorite teams in the Blu Bar, providing large flat-screen TVs for all fans to enjoy. The open-air bar is a great place to kick back, relax and keep up with the games of the season. During the evenings, Blu Bar is transformed according to the entertainment schedule offering actives from karaoke to country line dancing.
Swim-Up Pool Bar	One of the signature features at Coconut Bay is the beach-­side swim-­‐up bar where guests can wade over to place their order and soak up the sun while enjoying a tropical frozen concoction. Adults and kids will enjoy the newly remodeled bar area featuring separate cocktail menus and a special service area exclusively for kids.
Peter John’s Lounge	This air-conditioned piano bar and club features live evening entertainment and DJs spinning the latest tunes to dance the night away. In addition to a full bar selection and custom cocktails guests, Peter John’s features the new Rums of the Caribbean, Coconut Bay’s unique collection of the region’s finest rums. Right outside is the Stargazers Lounge with seating and a fire pit making this the perfect setting to enjoy good rum, good times and of course the stars.
Splash Bar	On special evenings, this pool-­‐side bar comes to life serving up popular blends alongside the resort’s performers during our acclaimed themed dinners on the pool deck. Ask your dressed-­up bartenders to serve the signature blend of the evening.

Splash Pool	Surrounded by tall swaying palms on the Splash side of the resort, our zero entry family pool delights the youngsters with waterfalls, a central fountain and foot massagers. Whether you choose to swim, float or toss a beach ball, this oceanfront pool will keep young and old entertained. Guests can even enjoy a variety of colorful and cool drinks without leaving the comforts of the water at our popular swim-up bar.
Harmony Tiki Pool & Bar	On the Harmony side and exclusively for guests over 18, is the adult pool and bar ideal for reading or working on your tan in a serene environment. Surrounded by palm trees, hammocks and sundecks for two, this quiet pool and tiki bar are perfectly nestled between the oceanfront Kai Mer Spa and the resort wedding center.
Harmony Oasis Pool	The Harmony Oasis Pool featuring a heated whirlpool and shallow lounging area is Coconut Bay’s newest attraction joining the Tiki Pool at Harmony as exclusive to our adult visitors. Both pools tempt guests to laze the day away reclining on sunbeds while waiter service arrives with cold refreshments. Waterpark	Saint Lucia’s largest water park is a fun diversion for the young and young at heart. Grab a beverage and coast on a tube around the lazy river or climb to the top of the tower and choose from two exhilarating slides. The wide open Twister offers several exciting curves before ending in a small pool requiring a quick slip down a smaller slide to exit.
