At traffic light, turn left on Grande Allée which becomes rue Saint-Louis inside the Old City

From the East on the South Shore (Maritimes, Lévis)

From Maritimes, Trans Canada 2 west in New Brunswick, on to 185 north in Quebec to junction 20 west (at Rivière-du-Loup)

20 west to exit 314 (multiple exit)

Take exit to fwy 73 north, Quebec

73 north to St-Lawrence river, crossing on Pierre-Laporte suspension bridge

1 km after the bridge 3rd exit, number 134-E, for Boulevard Laurier

Merge on Laurier east, which becomes Grande Allée and rue St-Louis (inside Old City)

The Château Frontenac is the last building on the right on rue St-Louis.

From the North (Chicoutimi, Stoneham)

Take Provincial hwy 175 south, on to Fwy 73 south and back on 175 south

At the end of freeway, on to Dorchester boul.

Halfway to the top, right on Honoré-Mercier

Follow that street past the National Assembly Buildings (on your right) until the end

At the street light, turn left on Grande Allée

The hotel's entrance is accessible from St. Louis Street.

Indoor Valet Parking is $34 CAD per 24-hour period, including in and out privileges.

Signature Room

In addition to our suites, Signature rooms are the best rooms in the hotel. Decorated in a unique chateau style, they represent the ideal accommodation associated with the prestige and reputation of Quebec's Fabled Chateau.

Studio Room

Spacious and comfortable studio rooms are a classic among families and long stay guests. With an elegant decor they offer a sitting area as part of the bedroom and can accommodate up to five people. Studio rooms have a leaving room / sitting area but has no division.  It is an wide open room. 

Junior Suite

Charming and comfortable, Junior Suites are popular with families and long stay guests. They are composed of a bedroom with one bathroom, a sofa and a living room / sitting area separated from the bedroom by a wall, a hall or a door. Junior Suites are ideal for guests that would like to entertain as this room category offers sitting space for approximately five people in the living room.

Frontenac Suite

Large and beautifully decorated, these suites combine the luxury and refinement of their experience with a spectacular view of the St. Lawrence River. They are composed of a master bedroom connecting to a large parlor with a sofa, arm chairs and a bathroom. Ideal for entertaining, the parlor sits approximately ten people.

The Frontenac Two Bedroom Suite is the combination of a Regular Suite connecting to a River View room.

Churchill Suite

Guests will be mesmerized as they make their entrance into the Grand Ballroom. An atmosphere of luxury is complemented by the glow of ten grand crystal chandeliers, plush, elegant carpet, and a theater stage draped with ivory velvet curtains. Our ballroom can welcome up to 1000 guests depending on requirements. The Ballroom is located adjacent to the Verchères Room. It can be divided into two sections and the Laval Room sits atop. 

Salon Rose Room

Formerly a Tea Room, the Rose Room served for several meetings during the Second World War’s Quebec Conferences in 1943 and 1944. William Lyon Mackenzie King, Prime Minister of Canada, played host to these historic meetings, welcoming the British Prime Minister, Sir Winston Churchill, and US President Franklin D. Roosevelt.
