The room was spotless and the location was fantastic. However, the hot tub was out of order for my entire stay except for the first day, and the pool water was far too cold.

Banff Park Lodge Hotel is at a good location, closed to the shopping/dinning area. The room is spacious, have a small kitchen area and equipped with a microwave oven.
